Bill Daniel, Chief Executive Officer
Bill Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer of All Web Leads, where he is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the company including strategy and operations. Prior to joining the company in 2008, Bill was most recently the President and CEO of Surgient, a leading data-center virtualization management software company. While at Surgient Bill was responsible for restarting the company and developing entirely new products and go-to-market strategies. Prior to Surgient, Bill held Senior Vice President roles at Vignette, a publicly-traded developer of content management software. Prior to Vignette, Bill founded a number of successful software companies including Wallop (acquired by IBM in 1998), Datis Corporation, and Mozart Systems. He previously held sales positions at Oracle and other Silicon Valley technology companies. Bill holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Jim Waltrip, Co-founder and Chief Visionary Officer
Jim Waltrip is the Chief Visionary Officer and a co-founder of the company. A serial entrepreneur, Jim also co-founded Little City Properties LLC, an Austin-based real-estate investment and development firm. His technical background includes development of complex device management software, working with highly multi-threaded systems and distributed control architectures with complex timing dependencies. Prior to All Web Leads, Jim has held technical development and technology management positions at companies including High End Systems and Broadjump (Motive).
Wilson Orr, SSM Partners
Mr. Orr joined SSM Partners in 1988 and has been significantly engaged in all aspects of the Firm's activities. Mr. Orr has worked with companies in a wide variety of industries and currently focuses on business services companies and any consumer services transactions considered by the firm. Prior to joining SSM, Mr. Orr worked at JP Morgan in New York and Dallas, concentrating on leveraged finance transactions. He received his bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. In addition to his service with other local organizations, Mr. Orr recently served as Board Chairman for Presbyterian Day School in Memphis.
Tom Hedrick, HP Growth Partners
Tom Hedrick has invested in venture-related startups since 1995. Tom is a Managing Director at HP Growth Partners in Dallas, manages his own family fund, Dillon Joyce, Ltd and has actively partnered with Memphis-based SSM Ventures and Dallas-based Vortex Partners. Prior to his private investment career, Tom was a Senior Partner (Director) with McKinsey & Company. During his career at McKinsey he held leadership positions in the High Tech and Private Equity practices. He was also the Managing Partner of the Dallas office. Tom holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
