Increasing clients’ base of knowledge

As the old saying goes, knowledge is power, and the more information an agent's life insurance lead knows about, the more likely it is they will make the decision that benefits their future. In short, a clear source of information increases the chances of a sale.

ProducersWeb recently discussed some of the ways in which agents can better inform their clients about their life insurance options. For instance, the source says agents should point clients to websites that present clear, accurate life insurance information. Agents may also want to suggest clients visit a blog, as these websites are constantly updated and often have multiple links, which direct clients to additional resources.

ProducersWeb further states agents may want to jot down their clients' email addresses, sending out news and tips to them that pertain to their situation.

Finally, the source says not to forget about video. YouTube and other multimedia platforms can be a font of information clients may want to take advantage of.

By heightening clients' awareness to their life insurance options, the more confident they'll be in making an informed decision, which typically results in sales.
