Pause Button Added to Customer Accounts

You asked for it and we listened! We recently added a pause button within our customer accounts.

This option is available online, 24/7 - which means you no longer need to contact an Account Manager during business hours to pause your lead flow. This allows our customers to pause their leads for up to 10 days while on vacation or when work schedules prohibit the timely follow-up of incoming leads.
